Daytona 660 Gets Adjustable Front Suspension
The most significant mechanical change on the new Daytona 660 is the updated front suspension. It continues to use a 41mm Showa upside-down fork, but the new unit now features compression and rebound adjustability.
Front suspension travel remains unchanged at 110mm, while the rear monoshock continues to feature preload adjustment and 130mm of travel. There has been no major change to the rear suspension hardware.

Bi-Directional Quickshifter Now Standard
Triumph has equipped the new Daytona 660 with a bi-directional quickshifter as standard. The previous model offered this feature as an optional accessory.
The quickshifter allows clutchless upshifts and downshifts. This improves everyday usability and can also be useful when making rapid gear changes during spirited riding.
New Metzeler M9RR Tyres
The 2026 Daytona 660 also gets a new set of Metzeler M9RR tyres. Triumph has moved away from the Michelin Power 6 tyres used on the previous model.
The tyre change comes alongside the front suspension update and forms part of the motorcycle’s overall ride and handling upgrade.
Same 660cc Triple-Cylinder Engine
The engine specification remains unchanged. The Daytona 660 continues to feature a 660cc inline three-cylinder petrol engine producing 95hp and 68Nm of peak torque.
The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The steel perimeter frame and twin front disc brakes with radial callipers have also been retained.
