Skoda Peaq EV Powertrain and Range
The Skoda Peaq is offered in three variants internationally: 60, 90 and 90x. The entry-level Peaq 60 uses a 63kWh battery and a single rear-mounted electric motor producing 204hp. It offers a claimed range of 459km.
The Peaq 90 gets a larger 91kWh battery and a single electric motor producing 286hp. This version delivers the highest claimed range of 647km.
The range-topping Peaq 90x uses the same 91kWh battery but adds a second motor and all-wheel drive. It produces 299hp and has a claimed range of 613km.

Skoda Peaq Charging Time
The Skoda Peaq supports DC fast charging. The 91kWh battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in around 28 minutes when using a 199kW DC charger.
The smaller 63kWh battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in around 27 minutes when connected to a 160kW DC charger.
Skoda Peaq Dimensions and Boot Space
The Peaq is the largest SUV in Skoda’s lineup. It measures 4,874mm in length, 1,867mm in width and 1,664mm in height, with a 2,965mm wheelbase.
The electric SUV can accommodate up to seven passengers. With all three rows occupied, the boot space stands at 299 litres. Folding the rear seats increases the luggage capacity to 935 litres. The SUV also gets a 37-litre front boot.

Skoda Peaq Exterior Design
The Skoda Peaq follows the company’s Modern Solid design language. The front gets a gloss-black Tech Deck face with vertical elements and LED lighting, along with T-shaped Matrix LED headlights and distinctive daytime running lights.
The SUV is offered with 19-inch to 21-inch aero-optimised alloy wheels and flush-fitting powered door handles. The rear features T-shaped LED tail-lights that echo the front lighting design.

Skoda has also focused on aerodynamic efficiency, with the Peaq having an aerodynamic drag coefficient of 0.249.
Skoda Peaq Interior and Features
The interior of the Peaq gets a dual-screen setup with a 13.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10-inch digital display for the driver. The dashboard still retains several physical controls for functions such as the climate system, volume and hazard lights.
Other notable features include a 16-speaker Sonos sound system, dual wireless smartphone chargers, USB charging ports across all three rows and a panoramic roof.
The Peaq is also the first Skoda model to offer a digital key. Owners can use the digital key to lock and unlock the vehicle with a compatible smartphone or smartwatch.
Skoda Peaq Gets Bidirectional Charging
The electric SUV supports bidirectional charging and can provide power to electrical appliances and potentially a home grid. One-pedal driving is also available to make everyday electric driving easier.
An optional Relax Package includes AGR-certified seats with massage functions, power-adjustable leg rests, front-seat pillows and a foldable table. The package also includes a wellness app with multiple modes.
Skoda Peaq Safety Features
The SUV gets 10 airbags, a 360-degree camera, advanced driver assistance systems and an automatic parking system. The Peaq also offers advanced assistance technology designed to reduce the workload of the driver.
Skoda has fitted the Peaq with Travel Assist 3.0 and Top Area View 360-degree camera technology. An augmented-reality head-up display is also available as an option.
Skoda Peaq India Launch
Skoda is evaluating the possibility of launching the Peaq electric SUV in India. The company could potentially introduce the electric SUV through the completely built-up unit (CBU) route.
There is currently no confirmed India launch date or India price. If launched, the Peaq would enter the premium electric SUV segment and compete with models such as the Kia EV9, Hyundai Ioniq 9 and Volvo EX90.
In the UK, the Skoda Peaq starts at GBP 51,980, which is roughly Rs 65 lakh before Indian taxes and duties. An India price in the Rs 1 crore to Rs 1.20 crore range has been estimated by Autocar India, but this remains an estimate.
