According to the report, the company is preparing to hire more than double the number of seasonal workers compared with the same period last year.

Where Will Myntra’s Seasonal Workers Be Deployed?
According to the report, seasonal workers will be hired from several states, including Odisha, Karnataka, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand.
Myntra operates five fulfilment centres located in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bilaspur and Binola. The company will utilise the additional workforce across these centres to manage the expected rise in orders during the festive season.
Myntra Hires More Logistics Workers for Delivery and Fulfilment

Fulfilment and delivery are key areas that Myntra is scaling up ahead of its Big Fashion Festival. The additional workforce in delivery and fulfilment operations is expected to help the company manage increased order volumes during the festive period.
Myntra’s M-Express service will also support last-mile delivery requirements for fashion shoppers. According to the company, the M-Express promise will be available for eligible orders and customers in selected pin codes and zones, with deliveries expected within 24 to 48 hours.
The company has increased its fulfilment staff to support the sorting, grading and packing of products as orders increase during the festive season. The additional manpower will allow Myntra to expand its operations and support customer service during the peak shopping period.

As part of its employment initiative, Myntra has allocated 30% of the total vacancies for women. The company expects that a major portion of the women workforce will be deployed at its fulfilment centres.

The company will conduct daily incentive-based SPOT Rewards and Recognition drives and organise team events and competitions at its fulfilment centres.
At the Binola centre, Myntra will organise a ‘She Warrior’ pitch competition for women working on the floor. Myntra Chief Human Resources Officer Govindraj MK said that thousands of people are working round the clock to make the festive season special for shoppers.
