The new model is likely to replace the Vivo V70 and may offer some camera improvements as well, possibly involving features that are available in Vivo’s high-end X-series smartphones. Vivo V80 Expected Launch Date
The Vivo V80 India launch is expected to take place in October 2026. According to the earlier updates, the smartphone might also be released during the first week of October, but Vivo hasn’t officially announced its launch date yet. The phone will be succeeding the Vivo V70 in the Indian V-series of smartphones.
Vivo V80 is said to be a premium smartphone, which is all about taking photos and videos. The handset has also been rumored to adopt Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It is the same chipset that was leaked earlier for the Vivo V70. But the exact processor setup of the Vivo V80 hasn’t been officially announced by Vivo.

Vivo V80 vs Vivo V70
The Vivo V80 is likely to have some improvements compared to Vivo V70. A major update is likely to be the battery as the new version is expected to have a 7,200mAh battery whereas the V70 has a 6,500mAh battery. The charging support should continue to be 90W.

Vivo has yet to officially reveal the price of the V80 in India.
